The McPherson Square Business Council was founded in 2006. Recognizing the vast wealth of human capital in and around McPherson Square (strategically located in the heart of North West, Washington, D.C.), Warren Edwards, Founder and CEO initiated the drive to promote business to business networking opportunities in this valuable area. Mr. Edwards also amassed a quality board of directors (mostly derived from the square) in order to plan and promote effective networking events in the square in general but in the Metropolitan DC business community as a whole. Not only do we want to create the best possible atmosphere to meet new business partners, our goal is to aide and assist each member in becoming effective net workers by providing online and person to person training in networking best practices.
